It’s been a long time ago since I had such great haircut. Left the salon with a smile on my face and feeling fabulous!
Sabina is very skilled and gave me lot of useful tips and advise. Will defiantly book again! And bring my daughter as well.

Did not wash the hair beforehand. Was done in 15 min. For €50 trimming the ends, this is unreasonable. Some work on the ambiance - was quiet most of the time which made it awkward

1. You initially requested a full haircut, but since there wasn’t enough time booked for that service, I suggested skipping the wash to focus on the cut instead. A trim is a different service from a full haircut, but I still did my best to accommodate your request within the available time.
2. I actually went beyond a simple trim, as I noticed you had split ends not just at the ends but throughout your hair, so I took extra care to address them as much as possible.
3. While the appointment was completed efficiently, please know that working quickly does not mean the job wasn’t done well. I always prioritize precision and quality in my work.
4. Regarding the ambiance, I appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration to improve the experience for future visits.
